2023 - 2024 PSO Board
Siri Johnson, Co-Chair - [email protected]
Sarah Lemmon, Co-Chair - [email protected]
We moved to Edmonds in 2020 and have been pinching ourselves ever since. We feel so fortunate to live here and be part of the Westgate community. We have two kids, a daughter is in 4th grade and my son is in 1st grade.
I am thrilled to be on the PSO board this year working to make this year extra special for students and the Westgate community.
I own Lemmon PR, a public relations consultancy where I help businesses promote themselves. In our free time, my husband and kids and I love spending time on the water, from kayaking and stand up paddle boarding to hanging out on our boat on Puget Sound.
Krysta Johnson, Secretary - [email protected]
This is my first year on the Westgate PSO and I'm thrilled to be getting more involved in the Westgate community! My oldest has spent the last two years learning and growing at Westgate. I also have two younger children, a kindergartener at the Westgate Center and a preschooler, who will eventually become Cougars.
Maura Caley, Treasurer - [email protected]
After shadowing for the last year, I am thrilled to step fully into the position of treasurer this year. I previously taught middle school for 15 years and I am so excited to be able to support students as staff from the side of the PSO. I have a daughter going into 4th grade and a son starting 2nd grade. I am a lifelong Edmonds resident and am proud that our children are now part of the Westgate community.
Aside from volunteering for the school, I spend my time enjoying the Puget Sound area, shuttling kids to their activities or sports, traveling, and gardening.
I look forward to working with families and staff at Westgate and strengthening our community.
Natasha Warner, Fundraising Chair - [email protected]
My name is Natasha Warner. I am originally from Louisiana. I have lived in the PNW since 2016 and new to Edmonds in 2020. I have a wonderful husband and we have three beautiful children. My son is in 1st grade, a 4 year old girl and 9 month old little girl.
I work part time as an ER nurse and in our free time we are busy with all things sports and arts related with our kids.
I have absolutely fallen in love with the community here at Westgate. I am also passionate about all things fundraising and how we can support our children. So much of why I love Westgate is because of its inclusivity and having committees like Fundraising make the impossible, possible.
I am dedicated to make this year the absolute best. I am so happy to help serve on this dynamic board of PSO and help strengthen and build our community even more.

Tom Parks, Co-Fundraising Chair - [email protected]
Since our first year at Westgate we have experienced the care of teachers and staff, encountered the friendship of families, and been moved by the joy of the students. Our family is grateful to be a part of the Westgate Elementary community.
My wife and I have been in Edmonds for just over 12 years and have a daughter starting second grade this year. Outside of the PSO, I work part-time as a faculty member teaching business ethics while also providing coaching and consulting related to meaningful work. I also enjoy spending time in the garden, cooking (and eating) all sorts of food, as well as getting outdoors to fish and hike.
I look forward to serving Westgate families because I believe in the value of communities coming together to further the flourishing of its members. There are numerous opportunities for us to use our skills and resources to support teachers, staff, families and our kids. My hope is that we can collectively develop the foundations for the students and families of Westgate to flourish through generously investing in Westgate Elementary.
While this may seem aspirational, I do believe that through our collective engagement, even in the smallest of ways, we can use our skills and resources to better this community.
I look forward to working with you this year.
